So Delirium + DA/SE > Dragon Kick or you mean the attack damage itself, disregarding the added effect?

At some point you have to use a Delirium combo with Blood Weapon up to continue DASE spam though. Other than having that rotation go off for whatever reason if DK were to fall off theres no reason for there to be a problem.

But like in my rant earlier: There shouldnt be a reason the two buffs cant stack in XIV. If they intended for buffs to not coexist they shouldve just made Delirium and Dancing Edge different effects instead of two abilities with similar(ish) Debuffs [to preexisting debuffs].

Makes me wonder when they are going to kill BRD by making a magic resistance- debuff (Foe's and hypercharge stack, but i dont know why youd have a MCH and a BRD with LB reduction.[actually, TA and Hypercharge dont stack in Diadem unless they fixed it])

Part of the reason is it allowed for the interchanging of classes a little better when it came to group composition.

WAR already feels relatively required as is due to its high damage, good mitigation, and its slashing debuff. While Dancing Edge doesn't necessarily make it that much less wanted it means that using a DRK/PLD in place of a WAR(as long as you have a NIN) is still viable without losing the slashing debuff that helps minimally 3 members of your group do more damage.

DRK's Delirium does the same thing for the int debuff, it's just not as noticed because in most cases people don't miss the int debuff as much as they miss the slashing damage increase.

If those slashing buffs from earlier were to be able to coexist by stacking there'd be even less reason not to take a NIN and WAR and we'd have even less diverse group composition than we already do.

I look at a lot of military stuff. I'd love to have a military vehicle to convert into a camper and I've seen a German military Mercedes van that has been converted professionally and am watching a video on an Austrian or Swiss (I forget which) military Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer.

I'm actually impressed and kinda saddened. You see, I'm impressed because European militaries really, REALLY must take care of their stuff. Every one I've seen straight from decommission is in mint or near mint condition and just out of commission. The US, on the other hand, tear theirs up, then decommission them to a field for several years, letting them fall into disrepair, before selling them. In this time they could either be sold or actually used on bases.

It seems like a waste one way or another. :(
