I for one can say I dislike the new Ghostbusters, Not because i watched it.
But because i watched the trailers and made a judgement based on previous experience with the franchise, and general distaste for comedy films lead me to make that choice.

Yeah same. Never bothered to see the sequel.
I'm not BIG on modern comedy films in general to be honest.
The only comedy films i like are surprise, Edgar wright films or Nick frost/Simon pegg films.

probably a better movie than the actual movie.


i dont mind the female cast, but from what i have seen, movie looks terrible.
would not pay to see it in theaters.

Also, if a blockbuster trailer, for a movie like the new Ghostbusters doesn't pull you in (which, given both trailers, were incredibly lackluster), then it's far more likely that the movie is going to be bad.

And I believe there were a few ghostbuster porn parodies. And only 1 was half decent.

When someone makes baseless decisions like that (sometimes without even knowing themselves exactly why they did) it often just comes down to pack mentality, that's why I wondered.
I made the decision to not see it because I don't want to support Paul Feig. Feig was apparently bullied as a kid and in response to that made a movie where a female team of Ghostbusters shoot a big, male ghost in the *** to kill it. The new Ghostbusters strikes me as subtle feminist propaganda from a guy who is against brutish men because he was bullied. This isn't an excuse to spew thinly veiled hatred.

We need to focus more on being equal and finding peace with one another than highlighting our differences and stereotyping. So no, I will not see the movie, I will not support Paul Feig and his "the other boys used to hit me" tantrums, and I will choose to dislike the film because I can.
