Being yourself is an excercise in relaxation, not control.

I learned this from a graphic novel called "Fresh off the boat" it is about racism against asian people, in this case the protagonist is specifically chinese. I would spoil it for you but it is a good book and it contributed to my awakening.

I am a very white human being. My friends are black. I will be forgiven by them numerous times for the ignorant ***I spew as part of my racial identity and I already have.

People are xenophobic and racist as part of who we are as psychotic apes: homo sapiens.

Bigfoot is still pretty danged real. Just trust me: do NOT go bigfoot hunting. There's a reason they're not on the "endangered species list" cough cough sage grouse get murdered because of their listing cough.

Before you write, excercise relaxing. That is all I can say. All your ideas ARE good enough that they can be stolen, like the Matrix trilogy was stolen from that other guy. Or maybe it wasn't. It's all hearsay and people who tap into the same source tend to drink the same water. Sow seed from the same sack (lol) and trust me, the plants may be different but they'll be similar.

Stephen King's Nightmares and Dreamscapes is a wonderful collection of short stories. Loads better than his novels imo.

Ugh. 2 hours left on the tournament, but I need sleep.
Hopefully 15.5 million points will be enough to keep me in the top 10,000.

I saw that movie as a child and up to this day I dont dare to watch it. I did read and love the book though, the reason why i'm a closet Stephen King reader. Face it, no one admits they love Stephen King books to their friends or family.
only one I read was The Stand and loved it, have you read?

I've pretty much read all his book, except for carrie. It i love and still pick up from time to time and also the gunslinger books.
I love reading, although wish i had more time. Atm i'm reading through 1Q84 from Haruki Murakami which is a pleasant surprise, It'll probably take me 2 months to finish it and then the quest begins to find a new good book :D

Desperation is probably my favorite book by King that I've read so far. Insomnia was rather amazing too.

But I think the short story collection Night Shift edges out as my second favorite book by him.

I enjoyed The Stand a great deal as well.

That thread "Multiboxing 2016" I initially thought it was about some beatbox competition.

I read a lot of King whilst in high school in the US--at the time, he was so prolific with his infamously-inaccurate-to-book films...which I found odd because he'd always seem to want to have a cameo in each one (heavily implying he approved of how his works were 'adapted' no matter how badly they ended up, LOL.) 9_-;;

While I did like The Stand, the book that excited me of his was Tommyknockers...I thought it was clever that he started trying to tie all of his "Derry"-setting books (and others, like Firestarter and Carrie) into one single--although admittedly very strange--canonical universe (obviously some like The Stand couldn't fit in there.) ^^

I found that an interesting concept, at least until he started re-using characters like his Alan Pangborn from The Dark Half (which I thought was interesting, but which I had a hard time suspending disbelief throughout) in Needful Things et al. I got turned off by that time, as his books kind of just came across as "pot-boiler" plots (to me.)

Later on my ex really loved Rose Madder and tried to get me to read it, but I had given up interest in his writing. They also made a movie of it, but given his track record (I think at the time I got suckered into seeing the movie Dream Catcher by that same ex...lol) I just passed on it. ;_;

Tower of God's new arc is getting pretty juicy. I'm enjoying this(and I'm glad to see those characters again).

<(O.o)> I need to stop looking at carsforsale.com

I just got excited cause I saw a 2006 WRX wagon that I was interested in and it was cheap....

Then I looked at where the dealership is and it's far away. I probably should keep the search down to within 50 miles but if I could get out to Michigan, I probably would of picked it up.

>.> Yeah there's nothing near it, that's probably why this Subaru is going cheaper than down in Chicago.

But that's the other thing I noticed, cause in Texas, Subarus are cheap....

What dealership is this? By the way, I'm in Michigan.
