I didn't enjoy the match I played against other people. It's one of those multiplayer games that you aren't going to do good at all at unless you're playing with a routine group over voice chat. (inb4 that's all multiplayer games - It's not)
I think the characters are too different, and the overall balance of characters isn't there. I get that some are intended for support, but the damage dealers don't seem evenly matched.
None of them made me go "this is the character I want to play" despite going through the training ground with each and two matches (one against AI, the other against people).
Not a big PvP fan myself. /meh
I enjoy pvp because it's fun when people get pissed off and call you a hacker just for having a lot of kills lol
But yeah games need single player modes (story mode or multiplayer AI) or it's not really worth it to me

You need to play some Planetside 2.
I'd thought Dark Souls had awakened an overall PvP love for me.
Turns out, I only enjoy PvP in souls games. I haven't played another game/series where I felt so much control over my character, which is probably my issue with other PvP in games. Blade and Soul was probably the closest.

Planetside is the only FPS I can play now. The massive 100+ vs 100+ battles have me spoiled.
