Additionally, I find it alarming that your GM team is capable of banning someone for saying the word "***" once within 1-2 hours, but bots that have been reported dozens of times and are blatantly hacking have been around in Soulstone Plains for weeks. Good job, guys.

Should I have been banned over or instead of, rather than with, the people who were harassing my friends and I, or when blatant botters and hackers are running rampant?
Also no, while my ban was justified these other individuals' actions were not either.

That reply, or set of replies, was a series of "the actions on your account were reviewed and will not be lifted" when, meanwhile, I wasn't even disputing it and in the 1st or 2nd sentence of my report I actually said that. This went on for a few hours until they closed my ticket and banned my email from their support site. Basically I think I argued with a bot using copypaste responses for hours.
Makes sense, right?
