i don't wanna say what i thought that was c.c

*Checks clock*

bleh gotta stay up another hour

*edit* 73 bucks for the guide and they describe that vending machine toy in this manner...

“The Undead treasure these dull green flasks.” This high-quality, resin replica of the emerald Estus Flask is sure to be “an undead favorite” of any Dark Souls fan.

trending at 1 1/2 stars. apparently they sold it directly for 129!

Also... after about 60 hours into DD:DA I finally beat Grigori and entered post-dragon stage. Currently doing ***in the Everfall. Already aquired the 20 wakestones but *** turning them in.

Tried to fight the online Ur-Dragon but he flew away right after he landed. Only managed to get one hit in before his health bar disappeared.

No, not yet. Was wanting to gain a few more levels before I tried farming there.

Killed Grigori at level 72. And in the last couple hours I've made it to 86 by doing the Everfall chambers.

Plan to go to BBI around 100, or when I get bored of Everfall.

Horrible. It looks like a very bad Chinese knock-off. If it was a stress ball type thing that might have been cool.

If they made a stress ball for Dark Souls, it should be either a soulstone replica or a humanity replica. Since you actually crush those in the game.

I miss getting a new game and before I even play the game, reading through the manual about all the neat stuff like some of the lore of the game. Or the controls, etc.

Woo, 5 stones compensation because an item that was supposed to reduce damage by 25% was reducing it by 75% instead.
Spent them on a single pull on the new banner, got an SR Great Saiyaman. Bleh. Saving the rest for the Gogeta banner since the new Bardock and Goku both make a reappearance there anyway.
Now time to plow through the event for them delicious 35 reward stones.

So far I am really disappointed with Fire Emblem Fates. The story so far is just... dumb. The way the choice system is built in at the beginning makes it seem like Conquest/Birthright were intended to be the same game originally and then just cut out so people would have to buy both. The main thing that makes me think this is that it isn't just Red Team or Purple Team, but that the exp/gold rates are different, it seems like that would have made a good built in option in a full version of the game.

Other than feeling slighted by that, the game mechanics feel dumbed down. Oh you can't remember swords/axes/spears? Well how about colors for the baby so it isn't hard to remember.

At the same time though there are waaaaaay too many new skills, for players and enemies and a lot of them don't work in a way that makes any sense. Right off the bat the Faceless enemies have a skill called something like poison strike, which makes it so any time they initiate combat the target takes 4 poison damage... so even if they have a 0% chance to hit me, the skill which has a name that indicates physical contact occurring, still triggers.

So far the characters all seem watered down as well. WE ARE FRIENDS BECAUSE WE ARE FRIENDS REMEMBER?! seems to be the backstory for 90% of the characters. Others have their personalities ripped right from Awakening characters (Odin = Owain for example).

I am 10 missions in, hopefully it gets better or I am just gunna put it back in the case and play Awakening instead.
