There are a few other things that would affect me; car-related laws and many things I order can't be shipped to CA. Cheap ammo for example. I think CA has a law about bullets containing lead too, because lead causes cancer.
MANY things you order can't be shipped to CA? What are you smuggling? >.> I've never ran into that issue in the 23 years I lived there. Ammo, okay, but there are other ways to obtain cheap ammo, or ways around this.

You can type /yell and then whatever you want in the major cities (Jeuno, Whitegate, West and East Adoulin), and have it be visible in the other aforementioned zones.
