yeah you may want to check again because it can't drop if you already have it... which is a much more likely explanation than "bad luck"
One of the bst pieces took several tries to drop for me too, I think it was the body though.

I'm watching Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, and it's gotten me really interested in Rakugo as a way to preform.
Theres only 1 English speaking master of Rakugo, which makes me sad. But the way its told is so good.
