its not 'bad'

Matter of experience.

$699 laptop vs $2500 laptop...

I'll tell you which one I'd prefer to have to do maintenance on :P

I figured the value and power of what that $700 provides compared to something more than 3 times the price of it was worth the deal for a lot of us.
It also looks better :P
Personally I think both look like crap, but no part of Lenovo is worth $700.

The one that opens and reassembles easiest?

The one that's built better, which is generally not laptops that are under 1k.

I was looking at the components included.

It wouldn't be a bad PC for rendering with a 6th gen I7 for $699.

What kind of rendering?

Also from what I can tell, it has no 2nd drive slot (or M.2), only 8gb of ram, no numpad, the keyboard doesn't look great, although I do like the resolution (too used to 1080P right now). Just not generally good for above $500, or for more than 2-3 years of light use (max).

You posted and someone checked you out. Or your own visits to your profile.

I hope it's the first since I only check my own profile once or maybe twice a day, to check for anything that sold on my AH.

Eh wait... why do people click on profiles anyway? Curiosity I guess?

Artlantis or something, idk. Something Jac would use for interior design.

The only thing that would need to be changed is the addition of RAM.

Nothing else is an issue.
Hmm, maybe for you, I got needs, bro.

Lol.
Was changing channels on tv and happened on America's next top model. The guy of the show asks the girl "why do you want to be a top model?"
Her reply: "Jesus wants me to be a top model so I can help other people!"

ooookay.

Sitting here watching Man vs. Food and a thought crosses my mind; we have shows about people eating in excess while there are people, not only in other countries, but in our own country who are going hungry. Many of these 'food challenges' offer prize money or a T-shirt or something. Why are there no "win and we donate X amount of meals to the local shelter in your name" prizes?

I like to eat but the idea of eating for money while there are people without food or money seems sinful. >.>

One place offers 10% of there company if you can complete it. Which is a bit silly, if you consider that your now investers won a food contest....
