You have to do the upgrade to generate a product key before you can do a clean install.

as long as you have a bootable version of windows 7-8 , you can run win10 installer, which would let you (lol)upgrade windows or clean install 10.

The reason some call it ISIL is because it's a direct translation of "Daesh", which is the Arabic acronym. The "sh" letter stands for "Sham", which is the levant.

The ISIL people like to use archaic names for their OP/administrative regions because this practice:
- has a romantic value (they romanticize about the "glorious past" days of Islamic caliphate, and calling Egypt, for example, "the land of kinana", has a romantic ring to it)
- implies rejection of current-day regimes (e.g. calling the Arabian Peninsula by that name instead of Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc).

If it's regular or white cabbage, there's options...
Sadly, most of my ideas would involve using other ingredients. The only thing off the top of my head is if you have some ground beef or ground turkey (just one or two table spoons) you can brown that with a cup of chopped cabbage and add that to ramen noodles. Add a pinch of bean sprouts if you have them.
But then again, I am one of those people that could just boil it and maybe add some butter and be happy just eating it.
other ingreds are fine, I don't have much exp in cabbage use other than add to soup/stirfry/and kraut...
I already have a batch of kraut in the making, but it won't be ready for like a month...
Aw yus. Just need to level him up to around 90-ish and I can start farming Kimeramon for a Digi-egg of Miracles to unlock that last evolution slot.

But IS is slaughtering shia, not sunni(as long as they don't contradict them). And, I see you have a Saudi flag, not sure if it's meaningful and I have respect for you so it's not personal, but wahhabites are the bottom of the barrel and they're the first cheering for shia slaughter, and the reason why the countries of the gulf have this ambigous position towards the caliphate.
