Thought the Civic was a hatchback originally so this could be the point where the Civic became a coupe-like car. I've seen earlier Preludes labelled as CVCC Preludes.

I treat all unsynchronized transmissions the same. Clutch from a stop, rev match while rolling. Double clutching is for ag equipment and idiots who think they are fast and furious.

By ag equipment I mean stuff that's big enough to be hydro drive but old enough not to be. 40s to 70s era harvesters and tractors in tow. Nothing else should require double clutching unless you're bad.

I still don't understand why people put ridiculously loud exhausts on those cars just so everyone can hear more clearly what a terrible driver they are.

I've always been into European cars, so I never really went down that road. Really, the only loud car I've ever owned is my Model A and only because there simply isn't room for large mufflers.

Once went to an Italian restaurant, our waitress was a petite woman of maybe 21, black shoulder-length hair and black framed hipster glasses. I accidentally dropped my salad fork and hoped she'd walk by and pick it up. Sadly, the other waitress in the area crouched down and got it. I was sad.
