The problem is there are only 1440 plots available on each server right now
This is only step one in a long line of fixes and there are TONS of plots that are just sitting there unused
There's one in my ward that doesn't even have a house on it and it's been sitting there for months
It has to be done and they have 45 god damn days to log in for 1 minute, enter the house, log out. They get 80% of the money back and all the furnishings that aren't destroyed upon removal so it's not like they lose everything.
There has been a house next to mine owned by a 4 person FC since housing first came out. Not one of those 4 people have been on in over 7 months. I don't think they deserve to hold that piece of land when so many on Balmung can't buy a house because of no available spaces.
Not even difficult to get 5m for a small house, the people who never use a house (for months) can't complain about losing it when it's such a rare thing to have. Better for an FC to use it until they figure out a way to add way more housing so at least most people can use it.
