And dumb old BOF 1...wtf. ;_; I got to the final boss, then slowly nicked-her-to-death with all my strongest characters. Got this really lame ending with her standing there taunting with an "END screen" and credits.
I was all "wow, this was a really amazing game, but the ending was so anti-climactic!" ;_; I literally went for years not knowing you have to form Agni (the merger you learned just literally prior to getting to her) with all the characters to even see the real ending. LOL >.>;;
Better late than never. :p (Btw that's not even a spoiler--please form Agni to fight the final boss...don't be like me!)

Well aside from that the bleach would eventually eat through the bottle (even diluted), they'd be better off using the bleach for sanitizing things, etc.
Getting them off kerosene lanterns is good, there's a project that I can't remember the name of that's better but I'll have to ask a friend what it was called as I'm drawing a blank.

I'm sure there are materials you can use to seal a hole that aren't very expensive
The cost of a coke in the Philippines might be low enough for them to do this as well, at least compared to the cost of electricity. The same goes for bleach, especially if more than one person is doing this, they can pitch in to buy it.
There's not even a lot of bleach in it, it's just a small amount to keep the water clean

Besides, it would cost them a lot more to manufacture or import those LEDs than to simply use the wasted bottles they already have
