I *** hate it when I see people who don't do their jobs.
Just came back from my local 7-11, and all of the floor was covered in nasty, sugary, syrupy gunk, and none of the staff were even taking 5 minutes to clean it up. There were 3 people at the registers, and only 2 registers total. Manager was in her office ignoring everything, a "trainee" kept saying he was training, and not his responsibility as another employee, who was obviously not qualified to train anyone, was training him.

Exactly, and when I was at the till to pay for my stuff, I told the guy in the back standing around like an idiot, to take 5 minutes out of his "training", to go grab a mop or something, and clean up all that ***by the slurpee machine.

This was actually the first time in 10 years that I've seen the 7-11 like this. I've noticed a gradual lack in professionalism over the years, but never such a lack in cleanliness.
I'd rather rate down the 7-11's with disgustingly incompetent employees... but that's really just systematic of horrible management and trainers... who also received piss poor training and management...
