I highly doubt you are as personal with him as you think. Us managers, especially those in higher management roles, cannot be as open as we like, because if anything is considered offensive in any way, there is a lawsuit there that will cost the company money, and possibly our jobs.

Kn has a point though; He provokes people 1000x more than you do so inevitably he's going to have a lot more vitriol to contend with.

So of course someone with near non-existent hate on here will say "who cares"
This is the problem then. I don't understand the point in provoking people the way many people on the site tend to do on a regular basis. Yes, stand for your views and what not but sometimes you just need to wait a second and think of the causes of what you're about to say and decide it's just not worth it.

As for whether I'm liked, I know I am. I think everyone's crazy for doing so, but I still accept that I seem to have a wide "fan base."
