Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?
Josi, how do you choose which character to post from? Do you just grab the list from the dialogue box thing (whatever the hell it's called) and grab a name at random, or is it more calculated than that?
D&D tonight...
On the floor of a building with a banquet hall in the middle. On one side is a 8 foot gap where the floor collapsed. On the other side is a raging inferno with no way to see how far it stretches. In the banquet hall we find a sturdy wooden table about 12 feet in length. I suggest using it to bridge the gap. The bard suggests we throw the wooden table into the fire on the other side, and before it can catch fire run across the top of it in hopes that it gets us close enough to the other side (that we don't know exists) to jump to safety. At this point I lost my ***in an uncontrollable laugh-gasm. I bluntly say that is the dumbest idea I have ever heard but agree and begin rolling strength checks to move the table into the fire. It is set ablaze and in the process we take a *** of fire damage. Then I get chewed out for an hour about not supporting the bard and being condescending etc etc. My last words "*** you, I'm the cleric, stop being stupid" Bismarck.Dracondria said: » ![]() Bismarck.Josiahfk said: » Bismarck.Magnuss said: » Josi, how do you choose which character to post from? Then whenever my post's intention is to convey that tone, I use that avatar. (I'll never reveal which one conveys flirting!) And eventually I get bored of the avatars and find a new one that will motivate me to post on it, and slowly tie a tone/mood to that avatar and rinse repeat. it's an entertaining (for me) way to add a bit of depth to the whole process of convey oneself, forcing me to stop and think about my tone more (often I'll just delete posts during this ~millisecond) and explore a psyche while enjoying a pastime of making and editing images. ED question from you or CNT, as I don't always know what the ships look like from the outside or from oblique angles...only from the insides or from behind, where it is nice and safe LOL.) Quote: Bandai Namco's US-based branch recently filed a trademark for something called "Slashy Souls," which its document on the United States Patent and Trademark Office website refers to as some kind of game software. With Dark Souls 3 on the horizon – albeit without an official release date – fans can only speculate about what Slashy Souls is. The targeted platform for Slashy Souls is inconclusive given the broad nature of the USPTO's categorization system, but it makes mention of computers, home consoles, and mobile devices. It could be any number of things: a mobile Dark Souls spin-off, a companion app, some kind of browser-based social game, or a completely unrelated project. Bandai Namco publishes Dark Souls, so the association wouldn't be out of nowhere, but considering all the recent games containing "Souls" in their title – Titan Souls, Wayward Souls, and Dungeon Souls, to name a few – it also wouldn't be a surprise if Slashy Souls was not directly related to the Dark Souls series at all. Bandai-NAMCO also did Soul Blade/Soul Edge (under NAMCO) and the Soul Calibur series of games, too...so who can tell? LOL >.>;; All the Souls!
