Yeah I am reading the official forums and people are saying it's different but some people just changed up the rotation and other people are saying it feels weaker but not too different.

So I didn't know what to believe, I actually thought about coming back over last weekend but once I read you needed the expansion to unlock level cap, so.... for now... nope.

You need to do 2.55's story and buy Heavensward to unlock the level cap and you were pretty far behind on story from what I remember (since you ignored it even though I told you to do it)
