I just saw it for the first time on Saturday. My official rating: eh. It was a fun-filled action-fest, so at least it had that going for it. Honestly, the character of Ultron ultimately disappointed me. I was really hoping they were going to make him more tragic, instead of having him play the ol' robot cleanses earth by eradicating mankind gambit.

Vision was that spandexed red dude near the end, right? He felt like an afterthought. Like, "Oh hey, maybe we should throw this guy in here just for shits and giggles!" Also, that look he gave Elizabeth Olsen as he whisked her away; can they hamfist that one any more? My roomie pointed out before that scene that the two of them were going to have a relationship. Even if he hadn't told me that though, I would pretty much have guessed.
The only defining moment for me was between Bruce Banner and Scarlett Johansson's character. I could see her seeing something kind and gentle in that green monstrosity. That alone has me intrigued to see where they're going to take that.

You could try a reflow, while it's not a permafix it usually works for at least a bit if done "right." But obviously lead-free solder is brittle and will eventually crack again, especially since they didn't build proper cooling in the unit while trying to make it compliant.
If you know a place that can do bga rework for cheap could always have them replace the balls with leaded solder. I may still do that at some point, but more concerned with my 2 60GB PS3's than the stack of 360s.
