Don't be thin skinned about this, I don't report you for your behavior or anything and yeah I'd believe it if people block people for other reasons; I'm pretty sure people block me as well and it's not like I treat them like crap either /shrug

If you are told by a mod to do it. Do it. Don't *** about it in public, I mean do you not think this through? Do you seriously think you'll get some kind of relief or sympathy from the community by saying in a thread frequented by staff that you're not happy with it? Do you think people here want to look at that?

-After 17 years of holding on to the *** he willingly gives it up to a bunch of people he has never met before. That takes some will power. He then goes on to step up and offer to walk the root of all evil into a place that one does not simply walk. Talk about cajones.

-A little known fact about Frodo is he refuses to kill other beings throughout the entire course of the trilogy. It is mentioned in the books but watching the films you will see he does not go for a single kill.

He had the ring for 18 years
-18 years is a long motherfucking time to have an object in your possession that was designed to corrupt you. It isn't until he encounters The Nine that it really appears to affect him in anyway.

But Frodo gives up at the end and claims the ring!

-This is a big factor to the Frodo hate but Tolkein himself stated that no mortal being could have resisted the pull of the ring in Mount Doom itself, the way the ring was destroyed was the only scenario that would work.
