:| Well.. In a nut shell, I was trying to rent to own a house and the person was renting out several houses and something happened financially and now they are forced to foreclose or something quick with the houses.

Sadly, I can't just jump in and buy out the house and take responsibility (the state property tax alone is over $8K), so I was told yesterday I have less than a month to figure things out. While it's just not me, possible my mother and brother, but really trying to figure out the best route.

It seems to get things back to a normal since we were all renting homes, to just get an apartment for a year and start over.

The other thing, I lived in Hawaii back in 1993 and it was fun. There were people living in tents at the state parks and everyday was just mellow and drive around, work or party.

I don't think I can survive in elements that would be stacked against an individual like cold weather, eating bugs and berries and sleeping outside, but if the weather was fair and atleast you can hike out to get fruit, I could manage to fish and just be a bum in Hawaii.
