Apparently I killed RT....

im such a worthless peace of ***in the eyes of others i cant even hold a job at mcdonalds.
2nd day im told i might get fired because i learn too slow...
ive had this "disability" my whole life... everyone says i have it. i see the world differently... seeing the world differently than the world is a blessing to me. im glad im not like the majority. the majority is batshit insane and unable to see the truth of their misry... i will praise God all the more and be exceeding joyful in my afliction because it is not a curse, but a blessing that builds caracter and refines my resolve, growing my faith and trust in God that made me. for a short time my confidence was shot, but in writing ths truth i feel restored again. i love the author of truth which is Jesus christ and thank him daily for always restoring me. Amen

I'm the type of person who learns things by doing it rather than someone just explaining the basics or throwing a book at me to read through. You can spend 12 months reading a car manual, doesn't make you a mechanic.

Why are people at McDonalds expecting you to know everything by day 2? Pft, there's been people working at the McD's for years that I go to and they still have yet to get my order correctly.

Biggest, most expansive fast food company in Canada seems to make them the best employer for 2015... before the 2015 survey results are even in.

It's really a problem with the management system. Some locations even teach their staff to sell items (or upsell items) like coffee of a different size, and charge you for it when it isn't what you ordered.

I've seen people flip their ***after working there for a week.

...and that's not even what they are suppose to be flipping.

Then again, usually it's mostly bored kids from high school who want money for insignificant things.

all my bosses are in highschool and im treated like a 34 year old retard... they have zero understanding yet know everything a book could possibly teach... i harbor no resentment because i too came from the same place. i can't teach them what life has taught me. im at the mercy of the merciless in hope of the blind to see my plight
