The woman did and my sister reactivated the service. "It actually worked!"

We had people yelling at us for not sending them their tarts the other week because they thought the "This side up" arrows on the box meant "look up to find your tarts". Apparently looking inside the box that said "Butter Tarts" on it made no sense.

On that day that store earned that I simply refer to them as Dumb *** instead of their location.

Edit: My manager actually had to go out to their store and show them because they refused to believe the tarts were actually there.
