I know that exact demo you're talking about, and some guy next to me was bending the knife back and forth, I guess since they were "unbreakable" or something, and he broke it right there infront of everyone and the demo guy was just staring at him.

Poor guy lol

Most demo's take things to extremes though, Do you ever intentionally bend your cooking utensils just to test their durability on a whim? I don't, mainly because your cooking utensils are out of my reach.

Virtually unbreakable would've been a better thing to advertise. As in it wont break under regular or even slightly abusive use. :/

As an aside, unlike swords, most knives aren't meant to flex.
