I used to do that torrent thing, got to the point though that I would find something I like, but by the time it got done downloading... kinda didn't want to play it.

I found that ISP track hollywood releases / theater cameras more then anything. They really don't care about games/anime/shows.

Also not everything on a torrent site is illegal, there are plenty of legit things to download

Torrents aren't exactly a "grey" area, more like a "dark grey" area.
Very limited legality, but mainly used for theft/piracy.

I torrent my linux images (and other large open source files) as it's faster than a http download.
Just because it's often used for piracy doesn't mean it is the only use...
