I don't enjoy macarons, simply because the texture of that dried meringue is enough to make me gag.

Failed as in I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole, and I love chocolate cake.
I've never had a macaron
It's amazingly good
If you don't want the center so gooey you can just have put it in for a bit longer, I prefer having the gooey part from the center to about halfway to the edge Offline

now I want it Edit: The gooey part just sounds so good D: I don't like cream or whatever that is
It's a lot better when it's cold imo, I usually put it in the fridge and wait (I do this with apple pie too)
Apple pie is always better cold.

I love apple pie with ice cream. I also love my ice cream to be apple pie flavored.
Such as Apple Crumble Crunch Ice Cream. Whip cream can suck it. Offline

That one looks more like a brownie.
We have this vanilla sauce that goes veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery well with apple pie
I THINK this is right (it's apparently the English page of the thing I looked up) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cr%C3%A8me_anglaise Offline

I've had that thick English Cream before. But only once.
Holy mother of god was it thick and delicious! This is pretty common in Sweden too and you eat it with that sauce

I don't eat pies so much as desserts like that.
My mom used to make rhubarb crumble a lot when we lived in a smaller city and had a garden. Pies just don't compare to the crumble dessert versions. Didn't know our blueberries are different from yours lol

What my mom made would look a lot like this (though not quite as TV presentable) Offline

I'm western Canada, so we get the same strain natively, though I think it's more commonly isolated to BC.
I don't like how warm apples taste

Eh, I could eat apple crumble hot or cold, just depends if it's a hot day, or cold day, or if it comes with ice cream
