I just don't see why they added the cht in Dincht, I don't think anyone really knows how it's supposed to be pronounced lol
I also say Kwistis.

For Zell I assume the T as silent in his last name, making it Dinch. I assume they were trying to make it look like some sorta German with the cht.

Dollet is "doll" in the Japanese version and could be either Doll-ey or Doll-et in English

Also in voice acted games the voice actors sometimes say words wrong, but the developers just role with it because they themselves do not know how to pronounce the word. See Bloodborne: Amygdala.

Attempting to emulate the sound of a foreign word in katakana is not the same as pronouncing the word, due to the fact as you said it is not a natural sound in Japanese. It's still pronounced "Dein" when read. Much like how "Fuainaru" is what is heard for "Final".
But then again you're now citing a FFIX wiki text that really is trying to imply that Japanese has a "Q" mōra.
