Trying not to get it at all. Because as fun as it looks I know how I am with fighters. The only one that actually kept my attention for long periods was Dissidia and even that didn't last too long.

That's basically Xenoverse.

The only thing you have to know is your Super/Ultra macros.

For PS3, that's R1+Circle/Square/Triangle/X for Supers and R1+L1+Circle/Square for Ultra.

Supers being Kamehameha, Gallic Gun, Destructo Disk, Kaioken or Super Saiyan transformation, and other stuff. Ultras are Super Kamehameha and Big Bang Attack type moves. Those are macro'd in so you don't have to do stuff like you would for Street Fighter.

But it's a button mash.

You can brute force your way through Xenoverse just as much as pretty much every other DBZ game in the last 15 years!
If you play as a Saiyan, you can even spam ultimates back-to-back for no ki cost (aside from Super Saiyan's upkeep cost) once you get Super Saiyan!

Only because of their Ki Blast boosts.

Tails are stuck to certain armours. Specifically, Saiyan battle armour from characters that actually had tails when they wore it.
So, Turles, Raditz, Nappa, Saiyan-saga Vegeta and Bardock (Bardock's actually has pretty nice stats too).

Also, another thing to beware of is the game has a Desire Sensor on par with Monster Hunter.
I've been farming Great Ape Festival for hours to get Bardock's body armour, and I have 3 hands, 4 legs, 3 feet and 0 body.
