So when do you guys think we will be able to swim in FFXIV?

Will the expansion for that be called Seabound?

WoW had an underwater expansion/raid planned for Cataclysm, but they ultimately scrapped it, citing difficult underwater controls in a raid situation.

Would have been cool, though. Bad controls or not.

That was total ***. Best zone in the whole game was that place then boop. "Yeah we didn't like that so we are just scraping it just pretend everything there didn't happen."

Also the Pumpkin joke answer was "Why orange you orange?"

I loved underwater stuff in GW2, fighting wasn't too bad either but you could always have fights that are in an old ruin or big underwater cave (with air trapped in it) so you don't have to create a battle system for underwater.

From what I remember in GW2 in the 2nd(maybe its been a long *** time) area for the wolf horned guys there was this chain of events that ended up with you in a underwater ruin fighting some boss. Sadly there was a bunch of puzzles in the ruins too so most people left before that part so the boss was almost impossible to beat.

Also like how that dog is like 'woooof' like its trying to stretch it out.

Oh yes. HGUC V Dash is out.

Even comes with the parts to make the normal Victory Gundam. So glad I didn't bother buying the HGUC Victory kit.

Well a lot of things I don't really get the purpose of, like the boomerangs. So far the best use for it I have found is trying to kill little bugs without squishing them, but that doesn't even work 100% of the time.

Poison/Tainted Meat I don't understand how to use. It seems like even when I sneak around in an area with a monster to try and place the meats, the monster just ends up seeing me, ignoring the meats and attacks me instead.

Been doing the little weapon questies to get a feel for some weapons I never tried before, and that is neat and all, but I still ended up with gunlance.

Boomerangs are pretty much there just to hit things just out of reach for you on the ground like Bugs or flying monsters. They don't do much damage but yeah. I never use them.

The Meat items only work on some monsters I think and they have to be drooling for it to work. So get them to starts drooling, put down the meat, and wait for them to eat it. Warning though if you attack them too much before they eat the meat they will just enrage and wont be tired anymore.

Finding your preferred weapon is kinda the point of those training quests. So mission complete!
Boomerangs are good for setting off Barrel Bombs without blowing yourself up too.
Pfft, That's what Greatswords are for!
I just fire a bug~

Essence and explosions? Why not?!

Yeah...I really enjoyed that zone. When I was playing through it people in my guild were like "Why are you leveling THERE?!"

Because it's new, and creative, and awesome?! Why aren't YOU leveling here with me?!

Was thinking about booting up Etrian Odyssey IV again but forgot where I was, what I was doing, and how to play it well lol.

Also I saw that Persona Q is kinda like this. Anyone play it before?

Wanna know if I would need to know anything about the Persona if I were to get it cause I know nothing about it at all.

That's what I like about Final Fantasy, Tales games, Dragon Quest, Star Ocean etc

You don't need to know anything about the previous entries because it's always explained in the game or they just don't matter.

Quote:
The game's story is split into two campaigns, which follow either the team of characters from Persona 3 or Persona 4; each campaign begins partway through the events of the characters' original games.

I recently had this problem with Etrian Odyssey Untold....so I just started over. xD

The best advice, for Etrian Odyssey specifically, is to not leave it for any extended periods of time until you complete it.
