I mentioned something similar to Spath, except, I think I told him to do a podcast where he's made a sock puppet of himself.

but that's not a bad idea.

Having a negative outlook, because of a few handfuls of people from a single source is not good man.

From someone who's suffered through that, I would recommend finding a professional to discuss such matters with, or to focus more so on positive aspects, and find things that restore your faith in humanity at large. (I chose to do the latter, and it worked for me)

Depression hurts man, and it's easily dismissed as "Not a damn thing wrong".

More people care than you think, so don't go selling yourself short on the number of people that do.
