Honestly though you can limit content to words and not allow porn. On my site that's what I did, people didn't suddenly start posting youporn videos just cause I opened the section. They talk about racy subjects and that's all it happens.
I'm not sure why mods here think everyone would suddenly start posting porn. If something is still bannable and one doesn't want to be banned he won't post it. Idk.

The main problem not being our inability to handle adult material so much as how it effects the Google ads.
Last I remember Scragg talking about it he couldn't separate what kind of ads different parts of the site received, so even if we were to make an adult section they'd still have the same problem of needing to moderate for the things they moderate now.
It's not entirely about what people can and cannot handle in terms of adult content, at least not when it comes to pictures.

My sites didn't have the large amount of visitors as this site does, so naturally with more people comes a greater chance of those people who make Ned Flanders seem cool.

The hate mail is petty busllshit, and so is trying to shame the haters specifically, among the hundreds of thousands there are. She could easily return to youtube, and actually make detailed lesson plans for beginners in fun and interactive ways, and achieve the same or greater levels of success.
