Story of my life really. Kind of the same thing happened when I went to a horse ranch, all the kids taking a ride on this pony...my turn:

So last night, I got to watch The Giver.
Honestly, it was one of the best book-to-movie adaptations I've seen in recent years.
Almost all of the actors chosen seem to have fit their roles perfectly.
There are some scenes from the book, that I think were unfairly omitted or changed, but they do a fantastic job of keeping the basic elements in my favorite book.

Just finished all my "pre-national registry" prep tests that aren't for a grade, but we're required to do them. 2 chances to make above a 75 on 6 subject tests and 1 full comprehensive test. Supposedly if you can get a 75 or above you should be able to pass national registry for paramedic with little issue...
My lowest was an 85 with no retests. /Flexes brain muscles.
