Considering the size of that gun(and the size of her) also her posture, I would imagine she'd get kicked back hard enough to slip in that puddle(boots or not) and smack the back of her head on the ground.
Burn scar, eye patch and a good blow to the head should build some character.

Coolest thing I've seen on BF3 was while flying around in a jet someone managed to shoot down a giant tower on the map and I couldn't resist flying under the tower and letting it hit me for the added effect.
