That's honestly the first time I've seen bæ used; I'm guessing it is possibly used by younger/children, or is a less harsh/more informal usage. Ekskrement, afføring, or lort are the ones I'm more familiar with(the last doubling as an invective). Always good to expand the vocabulary!
