Getting on it now. lol, this is exactly what im dealing with right now. Im on call #3 for their customer service. First guy hung up on me rather rudely, second said something was wrong with my ticket thing and i did enter the wrong security question. So onwards to #3! goddamnit ima get my account rolledback if it kills me!

I think I would give up on XI if my account got hacked, lol. Thankfully I have that damn token. :<
It took one of my friends 3-4 months to get his account back.

The guy said literally "Do you have any questions ok have a nice day" and booted us without allowing a reply. Three times! The calling wasn't much better. Emailing takes them forever, but at least they can't hang up on you. >.>

@Feisai, Whatever you do, don't get mad. lol I swear they will toss your *** on hold, and forget about you if you're getting mad :( Hummm, gonna reinstall xiv, but I dunno if I should xi :/ 15 days on subscription then I might call it quits again buuuuuttttt not sure, kinda don't like the new payment crap.
