tools > options > advanced > hotkeys > toggle mic mute
*Edit* then you mute the mic in a call and press the ptt key and it unmutes whilst being held down.
Hate when people mute their mics in the middle of the conversation for no reason though, the silence > noise > silence annoys my ears lol

I only mute when I have a coughing fit or am eating. My mic pics up nothing in my room so the silence is a gimme when nothing is going on.
