You know I figured it up, it took most of that time to do the first 9001 posts (when I stopped posting with Bender and went to the tentacle grape picture) over 2 years ago, and it's taken me less than 3 to get the rest, honestly I think something is off with the count.
But yes, I better chill out, honestly I've been trying several times to wean myself out of the P&R section for many of my own personal reasons, but I keep going back, it's an addiction.

I'm constantly referring to things as "Impossible to gauge". As in:

Counting calories is dumb. It's more important to limit intake of sugars, fats (mainly saturated), and salt. That and increase your intake of both soluble and insoluble fibers as well as protein.
