Well, when you have 85% of a server using a language that you don't understand and refuses to use the auto translate, I don't think that it's me that has a problem with the "cultural barriers".....I think that it's the people that are not using auto translate.
Or, maybe, hey - wild and crazy idea - how about we have servers set up by regions? They do it with other MMO games - why not FFXI?
Nope, right thread from a couple pages ago. Obviously Jet is someone that is firmly against change of any type. Forgive me if Japanese is not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd language and I've just stated a random thought a to somethimg I've heard MANY English speaking players express on my server and other servers. I'll shut up now since voicing anyng that might make FFXI more user friendly for English speaking players is frowned upon

Not really, we have gone thu 2 server reorgs....thats all it takes. I started on Kajuta went to Hades, now on Cerberus

welp. you can ignore every mechanic in T6-8 now. dont even need to kill bees or anything in T6. or deal with voices and ***in T7. can ignore and blitz bosses.

I was just getting into second coil yesterday. Did turn 6 and it was stupid easy. Sad I didn't do 7 and 8 before now :( was trying for 8 today but didn't get around to it.
also, single tank t6 spam probably fastest way to nexus now
