Ultimately I am going to push RemoteUtilities and LogMeIn Hamachi. Those were the easiest ones I could find to use and actually free for small networks like our customers would use.

I tried RDP but I have some kind of curse with that... going on like 7 years since I first tried to use it and never managed to make it work.


I'll have to give more a whirl later, I'm bad for finding something that works and going with it.

I've used RDP in a situation that works, but in an already set-up domain, I tried getting it to work at home once and failed miserably...

That being said: it's handy if you have the switches (options) set right, but I'm almost positive you have to be on the same network or vpn'd in for it to work, so that wouldn't really work for their situation anyway, unless they are using a vpn.

Last thing I had practice with was Dameware (aside from my extensive home use of teamviewer, which I use constantly).

So, was thinking if that little Kraken G10 thing doesn't work quite as well as I hope... I may try to rip apart the Corsair H55 I got to go with with it and attempt to build a custom water loop with dual 120mm radiators/pumps.

The theory would be

Reservoir > CPU > Pump > Radiator > GPU > Pump > Radiator > repeat.

Though I think the second radiator in that order would be of little effect since it would loop back to the reservoir anyway. So maybe

Reservoir > CPU > Pump > Radiator > Pump > Radiator > GPU > repeat. Effectively making a 240mm radiator that I could just mount a little more easily.
