Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?

The former is far more likely at this rate. Not sure I'd recommend this, mood-stabilizers/anti-depressants can be much more trouble than they are worth. It's almost impossible to get on them for a short amount of time, due to them needing to build up in your system before they start properly working. Also when (and IF... which is a big if) they decide to take you off of them, it will have to be done very slowly otherwise you'll have pretty bad withdrawal symptoms. You should talk to a psychiatrist or something. Or try some OTC supplements - I could recommend some that work fairly well for depression/anxiety. Or you could just say *** everything and get some clonazepam, which will certainly help but could come with some consequences if you use it for an extended period of time. As many days as you use it in a row; take twice as many consecutive days off. Benzodiazepine withdrawal is miserable and I do not recommend you induce that on yourself as it will only make everything roughly 1000x worse. You could also suffer from seizures. If you do try it please be careful, but I can guarantee you will be able to sleep and feel less anxious/depressed. Have you tried adjusting your sleep-hygiene?
nothing i change will help anything, it's drugs or passing out due to near-death exhaustion at this point.
And when you fall apart Am I the reason for your endless sorrow? There's so much to be said and with a broken heart Your walls can only go down but so low Can you hear me when I call your name? Melatonin, l-theanine, magnesium (get mg citrate, or chelated magnesium if you try this - NOT mg oxide) and kava are non-pharmaceutical agents that you could use that don't carry the same risk as clonazepam, though they aren't quite as enforcing.

The effects of melatonin on sleep are modest but do not appear to dissipate with continued melatonin use. Although the absolute benefit of melatonin compared to placebo is smaller than other pharmacological treatments for insomnia, melatonin may have a role in the treatment of insomnia given its relatively benign side-effect profile compared to these agents." edit: also this one: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15649737 "Melatonin treatment significantly reduced sleep onset latency by 4.0 min (95% CI 2.5, 5.4); increased sleep efficiency by 2.2% (95% CI 0.2, 4.2), and increased total sleep duration by 12.8 min (95% CI 2.9, 22.8)."
