I guess Squeenix is provisioning their own client software now.

Doesn't look like it, the link is to the EU SE store, and says "Steam account required"

Not to mention it's the character booster and cloud saves things that bother me more than just Steam.

Although, I wish they'd do a Linux port for that version of Steam, that'd be cool.

The achievements don't bother me as much, as well I always kind of made my own. Like master materia sets for each character, max out stats (never finished this one), I should have done my AP farming in the sunken plane instead of against movers in the crater.

Yeah, I notice absolutely nothing different between this proprietary re-release and the Steam version. Redundancy at it's finest.

Also lol at the character booster, be better off playing the original version and a save game editor...

I adore physical/removable storage as much as the next guy, but internet connection is fairly inherent to most situations and households, so it beats labeling and lugging around memory cards like back in the PSX/2 days. Was kind of nice for loading my skyrim characters and whatnot when visiting a friend's house.

That reminds me, I need to hurry up and pawn off all my 360 and PS3 games that aren't console exclusive. Apotheosis is pretty awesome.

Inherently there's nothing necessarily "wrong" with them, aside from the terminology, and having others manage your data.

But I realize the attraction for most, so whatevs.

I do however wish I had sprung for playstation+ so I could have backed up my ffx save a bit, lost it when my ps3 decided to need a factory restore on me. I should dedicate one of my extra flash drives for that, it's not like I have a shortage.

a good flash drive works too, it helps though if they also have the internet, as otherwise if you throw one of your games on it, it will only be the trial*.

(Assuming games that don't have a trial would be the full, idk, never tried one that big).

So Fenice Rinascita has small pegs that lock everything in place in bird mode to keep it all stable. Pretty cool.

I know it sounds like a cop out, but best she shows her true colors now than down the line after investing both monetarily and emotionally. Bullet dodged.

So apparently patch 3.8 just totally *** broke AoE II for me.

I have unsubscribed all mods, manually deleted everything, no cloud drive, uninstall and reinstall, so short learning to *** script and manually trying to hotfix this ***myself I just can't *** play it any more.

Thanks steam support and community for being so utterly useless as always.

Green
Blue
green is just yellow mixed with blue nerd, not basic or anything at all.
Late but red blue and green are the 3 colours our eyes see as a base, from our view points all other colours are made by mixing those 3.
