wow those digivices are really going to sell for $100? I remember having things exactly like those as a kid and i'm pretty sure they didn't cost that much. they dont seem to have progressed at all in terms of technology.

Well, the new ones have a few added features on top of being the Japanese version but it's mostly just a nostalgia piece. While functional as a toy (which is how I'd use it), it's probably geared more towards people like Spath and I who used to watch the anime as kids. I'd assume once the 15th anniversary anime is out, there will be a new digivice design out.

Nearing the end of season 2 in my marathon, I'll probably skip 3 and 4 and watch 5. I admit, I never watched season 4 because I hated the idea of turning into a digimon instead of having a partner.

I loved the first two, a lot of memories surrounding them before I moved away from friends.

It's not that I dislike season 3, I like season 3 but I remember it pretty well where I forgot larger parts of 1 and 2 as I missed an episode or two of both here and there. I had a tendency to drift between Digimon and Pokemon. I didn't like season 4 for the reasons I pointed out earlier, though Salamon does appear in it late in the season... I like Salamon. lol

I've never seen season 5, I really don't like the reuse of...Agumon with...belts on his hands... or the reuse of Rosemon who was supposed to be Palmon's mega when Lotusmon fits Lilamon better.

I won't watch Fusion though. Why?

Depends what you mean by new design. I have a feeling they'll use the same digivices as season 1.

Depends what you mean by new design. I have a feeling they'll use the same digivices as season 1.
I kinda had the thought, but of the original 8 T.K. and Kari will have the D-3s unless they eventually reverted.

Here's a little thing I noticed: Ryo previously used Tai's Digivice which was gray with blue buttons when not activated with a crest, he later used the white and blue D-3 that would later become Davis'. THEN he eventually returned to his dimension in season 3 with his own D-Power...


Blue body, white border, gray buttons. I'm kinda curious if that's intentional.
