yep, same goes if you have vendors or crafting stalls in private rooms, only the owner can use their services.

I kept getting pwnd by bandits while looking for all the stones of Barenziah, so I decided to put the controller down.

I've killed dragon priests, giants, mammoths, dragons and some of the toughest draugrs, and yet I can't take a couple bandits. ***.

Actually... I got it wrong. I thought the Thalmor and the Altmer were the same. Nvm.

Psssht, mods.
Thalmor are basically the Gestapo of the Summerset Isles, where as the Aldmeri Dominion is the Nazi Party. Not all Altmer nor Bosmer are Thalmor. That's kinda why I hate the Thalmor; I immediately drew that connection.

Now that I got 99 with i117 gear, I think it's too powerful. I mean I can walk into Abyssea and solo a lot of the NMs with no Atmas.

it's lvl 85 and 90 content nerd, you could solo 99% of NM on thief before adoulin came out lol
I highly doubt it lol. We're talking no atmas.

i checked and it was a high allagan coat, it was vanity'd into this.

you get shinies from augmenting ?

I don't know about sparkles for af, but augmented saurian shirt cashmere robe etc. get it. but the stats that i can see are completely identical.
