speaking of doctors I have a new symptom, I twitch alot

it sucks getting old...
I had the same twitch in my deltoid, then for a while it migrated to my eyebrow (which wasn't visible at all, but annoying as ***)
when I asked my doc about it, he said more or less what drac said, followed by "it sucks getting old"
if it makes you feel any better they hung around sporadically for about a year or so @ 28-29, & I haven't had them since.
edit* now that I watch the vid, maybe mine was the tricep, but ya, same ***.

I wasn't! It's one of my favorite snacks.
There are some fruits, like raspberries and strawberries that mimic the effect that comes from the potassium in bananas.
