Seems like the most recent UI patch is almost a year old.

I'm sure it still works but obviously won't cover the "new" content.
I wonder if anyone has been updating it.

Question: How is the balancing in ffxi as of late?
Is red mage still a meager peasant compared to scholar and white mage? Did BLU get the spells they deserve? Do damage dealers still tank?

RDM is getting some new spells to play with that could make them more desirable to groups. Tanks (just PLD really) are relevant to many of the newer fights. There was also a recent dev post regarding the rebalancing of pet jobs in order to make them more competitive.

Balance is decent, no one job really wins anymore except relic rangers and relic bards. Which have always been badass

Oh, definitely not. At least not anytime soon. Definitely going the more casual route. Just curious how everything measures up these days. I'm such an altoholic with multiple races/classes anyways, so I pretty much have all bases covered anyways.
