I don't know about you guys but I had a great time watching the Amazing Spider-man 2. The characters, action scenes and acting were all good but what got me the most was the hilarious humor.

Yeah, I'm not updating on my pc quite yet, and probably won't for some time.

I thought it was mediocre at best.

Mine auto-updated, which is fine for me. I can't customize the button positions as much as I could before either. It takes some getting used to but it's okay. The design itself I like better.

I have no response to that.

It's a well known story of teenager who got bit by a radioactive spider and gained superpowers.

If that doesn't hold water, I don't know what does.

I'm not saying it was a masterpiece; and as has been said Avengers raised the bar pretty high, but it was still entertaining.

Being a Marvel fan helps I suppose. Although I didn't like Captain America .. or the sequel. Maybe it's because I'm just not a fan of the character...

Oh and before you people ask 'you're not a fan, yet you go watch it?', it's because with every new incarnation of Marvel movies I watch them and try get into them.

I said I wasn't going to spend too much money today, while I didn't go overboard I still didn't completely succeed in that goal. XP

Ended up buying ~$50 of used games because
1. Me and my friend need more stuff to stream/play in general and 2. There was a cute girl to talk to so I stayed longer than I originally intended. XP

There is a bomb implanted inside your ***. Upon detonation, it will cause you to have explosive diarrhea. You have one hour to figure out how to disarm it without removing it.

No, but it certainly raises some questions.

1. Who has been messing with my ***?
2. How the hell did they fit a bomb into my *** without my knowledge?
3. When disarming it, do I have to worry about being charged with public indecency?
4. Will there be a party afterwards?

I don't like the way they use Captain America, because they had the opportunity to break him free of the propaganda, and even possibly some character growth with it, and yet they failed miserably and just piled on more propaganda.

Personally I wish they had planned all of these out better over the past decade+ and tried to tie in more of the Marvel stuff in one hell of an Avengers movie.

I also preferred the casting of the Spiderman movies vs the Amazing Spiderman movies.

Although, the actress who played Gwen in the reboot is nice, just I think she could have played another role, but meh.

Probably too long a list of people to find the culprit!

Remember you can't remove it to disarm it.

Maybe that's why I don't like him that much. He just seems... outdated?

Comparatively to the other Spiderman franchises, the Amazing Spiderman 2 wasn't nearly as much of a box-office hit as it *could* have been.

The Characters could have been the best, most developed known to man, but the rush of battle scenes in exchange for poor plot development and rush, brought the over-all experience down by a lot.

The movie relied more heavily on CGI and costume design (some of which were pretty half-assed looking, and others were over the top for their characters) than the actual story.

People also go see movies for various reasons - favorite actors, actresses, story development, comparison reasons, or because they love the franchise itself.

If I remember correctly, Spiderman grossed at something like 14.5mil in it's first week, versus the 28mil or so it cost to make it. Which means the film took a pretty big hit from it's projected first week ticket sales. Then again, there have been a few other movies that started off this way, and produced some amazing profits.

I didn't think Frozen was as good as people said. I liked Tangled more

OK PEOPLE! I need some Nanobots. If that's not allowed I need some HD cameras, a variety of surgical tools, some pain medication and a nurse to hand me stuff.

That's because Tangled was better than Frozen.
