He runs a refurbish computer business for over 20 years and I want to see what he has. He got me into building computers back when the 300mhz P2 and AMD K-6 was new.
His place rocks, when a friend wanted a game night, I went there, he let me piece 4 Pent-4 computers for Starcraft gaming night and sold them really dirt cheap with mix matching flat screen monitors.
So I always try to bring my business to him first.
He also builds new computers and has motherboards and older stuff sitting on shelves if I want to pick thru it.
I could walk in and he could have a server rack or quad xeons and offer it up for dirt cheap..... he had older mac minis, was offering them to me for $50, was soooo freaking tempted.
But also when I first started going to him, it was before you could really dumpster dive for computers and my friends and I would run 4-5 computers at home for S&G..
Well it's bed time, have a long day tomorrow.... I have to think about what to do for slightly older gaming laptop...

never got into the original xbox scene, I've done lan halo wars, gears and halo3+ before on my 360.

my Computer science class in highschool put halo 1 on the server, we had school wide lan parties through the whole building lol
Capture the flag with teams sorted between the different computer labs was amazing for teamwork, cant screen look if you aint even in the same room too!
When I was on the Kittyhawk we would use the intel briefing room projectors for huge halo matches.
Fortunately, thats all you missed on the original xbox.
