I have all Expanse zones done so I now go out and get lots of refugees to find Assylum for and if I get a Green in return, I sell, Blues and Purples ONRY! Starting to trade out Green ones for like Officer Exchanges with the Cardis. And now I am running Colonist for Dilith. >_>; 500 ore for 5! And sweet lord my brig is full again! >_< Those critical success on Strike Fugitive Network or whatever...

The actors for it come from Holonovel Storage Devices from the old Ferengi Lockbox. The Storage Device and the actors can both be sold on the exchange too.
