With the nagiri-sushi at the top there, it was just rice and cooked shrimp. The Cali roll on the bottom had cucumber, avocado, imitation crab meat, Japanese mayonnaise and cream cheese, then I covered it with salmon roe. No eggs this time, but I'm not adverse to trying it in the future.

Also, I had no idea just how powerful wasabi really was. I had a tiny bit and that was enough to damn near choke me.
