Thinking of building a new machine soon, but need to upgrade my PSU... but don't want just a random PSU laying around. Anyone heard of these things?

Now that you mention it, it is well within my right to take them to small claims court and have a judge settle everything. Them bailing on the lease and leaving the mess to me without consent or failing to hold up their end of applicable termination fees (which I can outright predict they wont pay for). The lease as a document and their actions alone will hold up in court very well in my favor.
However, to avoid the whole $3700 fiasco, I may just have to downgrade to a smaller unit and carry out the rest of the lease on my own, assuming they have a 1 bedroom available.

So I got Daus and Mikuu as Dragon Tamers with 2 different elemental dragons apiece. I got Dame leading a Squad of knights with Mag as one of those knights. Kali is my archer, Shiggy my priestess. Got Jaerik cameoed as a knight. My Chaotic group is lead by Ludoggy, and it has Serj and Hevans in it. Later when I get them a sorceress or priestess gonna get Mine in on that group. Misa was a witch leading a group, but is now a sorceress. I love Ogre Battle.

morning guys and gals and cats and uhm.......
so Saturday went out and met with a friend from XI/XIV, she was in town visiting friends for their wedding, all the way from Italy. was pretty cool, and also since it was close by, went to the once super cool Japanese toy store.... which is all but glorious now :( so many sads.
previously, the walls where decorated by artbooks, mangas and model kits, from gundams (1/144 - 1/100 - 1/60) to evangelion and macross, among others...
now the walls are filled with comics (dafuq) barely any figures left, and only had like 7 different gundam kits, mostly MGs.
while I was sad at their current selection, I did manage to score this:
