I think he stole some more stuff too, as the report has him paying restitution to another party, but everything related to theft.
it would of had to of been over three-five hundred total to get a felony charge (don't know what state you're in). hopefully he learns. fourteen months... i feel bad for the guy.
just finished my research paper :3

The $175 restitution was because he sold my bike to a pawn shop and cut my lock. I had to pay $115 to get the bike back from the pawn shop (it's what he sold it to them for), and it was a $60 lock. and I don't feel bad for him in the slightest. He's not even a student at my school, walks onto campus with pair of bolt cutters, spends almost 10 minutes working my lock (they have him on camera doing this) and takes off with my bike. Wasn't even an "Oh there's an unlocked bike; opportunity steal!" Guy came on the campus with the intent of taking someone's bike. I hope he rots in that ***. I take that thing 120+ miles a week to get to/from class every day. He picked the wrong damn bike eh, you got to make a pity thread for attention, had people donate money for a new bike, and they still found the guy and he had to pay you back some money. you ended up ahead.
fourteen months locked in a box. i don't know how you can't feel pity for that. Quote: fourteen months locked in a box. i don't know how you can't feel pity for that. i've been held in a cell against my will. even though it got dismissed and the judge berated the officer for the whole thing. i still remember how shitty it was. fourteen months is unimaginable. i couldn't cheer that or not feel pity.
This one is from my case

If he didn't like his box so much, he'd probably want to consider the fact that he shouldn't *** be robbing people. Again, I hope he rots in there. Every day he spends in there is a better day for everyone who isn't. Every day he spends in there is a better day for everyone who isn't. lol that dude has -30$ in his commissary. that should make you feel even better tiger, knowing he's definitely not getting any of the "amenities" you can buy with commissary. on a related note, i couldn't even do 14days let alone 14months... not defending that guy at all but, good god that sucks lol edit: just noticed he's in a pod - which really isn't that bad compared to a traditional cell/"box" you're thinking of... kinda surprised he gets to still go into a pod after all the charges he has. pods are much, much better than an individual cell and you're given much more freedom than you would if you were locked in a cell 23hours a day. Laptop shopping question~ I'm looking to spend around 350... really anything 500 and under. What is the best laptop in that price range?
Currently looking at an Acer Aspire E1-531-2438, anything else I should be looking at? I have access for a coupon to get anything 25% off at Walmart, so.. something to consider there~ Only thing I really care about is a full keyboard, but not 100% mandatory. Really the keyboard just has to feel good but I won't know that until I actually try it out. |
